Qualification of technical teams
All teams involved in fire protection solutions attend certified fire safety training, including modules on regulations, good installation practices, and technical specifications of the installed products.
Electromatic provides internal training and participates in external training provided by accredited entities such as APSEI.
With proven experience, we ensure that each installation meets the required legal and technical requirements, guaranteeing fire safety.

Installation and Inspection
All facilities are subject to identification, visual and functional inspections, verifying the correct functioning and compliance of the equipment as well as correct tightness.
Technical inspections performed under maintenance plans are conducted according to specific regulatory and technical compliance checklists . These procedures assess the condition and structure of the equipment, allowing for early identification of faults and anomalies.
Any non-compliance identified is subject to recording and immediate correction under corrective maintenance, ensuring equipment compliance.

Documentation and Records
For each installation, a file is prepared that includes a detailed report of the work carried out, a list of materials, drawings, photographs, declarations of conformity and certificates issued by the manufacturers.
For Technical Inspections under maintenance plans, the inspection report for each piece of equipment is accompanied, as well as the identification of all non-conformities identified.
All documentation is delivered to the end customer and archived internally for a period of no less than 10 years, duly protected.
The existence of organized records facilitates internal audits and inspections by external entities.

Management and Technical Support
Under a maintenance contract, each client is accompanied by a Contract Manager, responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring all technical inspection and preventive maintenance activities. We ensure compliance with deadlines, alignment with client requirements, and optimization of technical resources, ensuring efficient support and a trusting relationship.
In the event of anomalies or critical nonconformities, a corrective maintenance plan is activated. This intervention, carried out under the contract, aims to restore equipment operation and ensure operational continuity with the required safety standards.
