The on-call service allows the customer to have the option of counting on us in critical situations that occur outside of normal working hours and monetize our rapid response capacity.

The first objective of the on-call team is to turn an “urgent” situation into one that can be dealt with normally under corrective maintenance. It does not commit to permanently repairing the equipment but must ensure the safety of users and the space;
Coverage - The picket service will only be available to Basic and Full Care customers;
Weekdays: 6:00pm to 11:00pm
Saturday, Sunday and holidays: 9:00 am to 11:00 pm -
How does the Picket service work?
1-Immediate Contact: In case of emergency, call the on-call service 911 XXX XXX our system will provide essential information;
2-Diagnosis: We carry out a preliminary diagnosis over the phone to understand the nature and severity of the problem that occurred;
3-Quick and Effective Action: If necessary, a technician will be sent to the site to ensure the safety of people and the affected space;
4-Detailed Reports: After the intervention, we provide a complete report with details about the detailed problems so that the occurrence can be resolved. -
Picket Service Prices
Intervention price + 1st hour - €260.00 without VAT
Price per additional hour [1] - €85.00 excluding VAT
